With over a decade of clinical experience and a compassionate, faith-informed approach, our therapist and owner, Abigail, blends evidence-based practices with spiritual sensitivity to support individuals and families in Flagstaff, Payson and Northern Arizona.
Trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and Christian counseling, Abigail creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients’ values and beliefs are honored while working toward practical, measurable goals. Committed to affordability and personalized care, Abigail partners with each client to develop realistic treatment plans that address emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being—helping people build resilience, improve relationships, and find hope in everyday life.
We offer secular and faith-based therapy and love to incorporate each clients' individual faith into our work where appropriate.
