We are located at 930 N. Switzer Canyon Dr. Suite 101 on the ground floor as you enter the building. 

You may park in front or on the building’s side or either side of the driveway (see parking lot signs).

Office hours are typically Tuesdays 9-6pm, Wednesday through Thursday, 9-3pm by appointment only. 

We host in-person appointments for our Payson clients based on scheduling needs at 700 W. Airport Road inside the Church on Miracle Mountain.
